This notice explains how F35 Holding L.L.C. S.P.C. handles personal data when you visit f35.ae, in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, the PDPL).

1. Who we are

2. Information this website collects

This is an informational website. It has no user accounts, newsletters or comment features. When you submit the contact form, the details you enter — name, email, phone number, company and message — are sent through the site's own server and delivered directly to info@f35.ae. We receive only what you type into the form. You can also email info@f35.ae directly, in which case we receive your name, email address and the contents of your message.

3. Server logs

When you visit, our hosting provider's servers automatically record standard technical logs — such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time of each request — which are required to deliver and secure the site.

4. Cookies and browser storage

This website does not set tracking, advertising or analytics cookies — it does not set any cookies at all. Instead, it stores a single functional item in your browser's own storage, on your device only. It is never transmitted to us:

You can delete this item at any time via your browser settings; the site will keep working normally — the language will simply revert to English.

5. Analytics

This website does not currently use analytics or tracking tools. If analytics are added in the future, this notice will be updated and, where required, consent will be obtained before they are enabled.

6. How information is used

Server logs are used solely to operate, maintain and secure the website — for example, diagnosing errors and protecting against misuse. Emails you send us are used only to respond to your enquiry. We do not use visitor data for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making.

7. Third parties

Your visit involves the following external service providers:

• Hosting provider: serves the site and processes server logs on our behalf as a data processor.
• jsDelivr CDN: the site loads the Bootstrap stylesheet library from jsDelivr; your browser connects to its servers, which may receive your IP address.

8. Google Fonts

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google's servers, which may receive your IP address; Google's own privacy policy applies.

9. Google Maps

Some company listings link to Google Maps pages. These are ordinary links — no Google Maps content is embedded in this site. When you follow a link, Google's privacy policy applies on that service.

10. Instagram

Where a company listing links to Instagram, the link opens Instagram in a new tab. Meta's privacy policy applies from that point.

11. External company websites

The sector pages link to websites operated by companies in the group. Each linked site is responsible for its own content and data practices.

12. Data retention

Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider — typically no longer than a few months — and are then deleted or anonymised. Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up. We keep no other visitor data.

13. Your rights

Under the PDPL, and subject to its conditions, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, and to request its correction, erasure or restriction of processing, or to object to processing. International transfers

Because this site loads fonts and some code libraries from external servers (Google and jsDelivr), your IP address may be processed on servers outside the UAE, solely as part of delivering the page you requested.
